Buying a home can be a very overwhelming experience. With so many questions that need to be answered it’s easy to overlook tedious things before making your decision.

Vancouver is an amazing city, one of the most beautiful in the world. Whenever I travel, I find that when I come home, I look at the city with a fresh perspective, a new set of eyes. How would a tourist look at this place?

Many new multi-family residential developments in Metro Vancouver include some form of “amenity” space. This shared space, open to all residents, often starts as a requirement of a developer’s application approval with a city council.

Although you may not appreciate the $0.02 gas tax it looks as though this will be paired with ridership increased fares and another measure to be determined to raise the funds necessary for the Evergreen Line to move ahead.

Much has been said on the “City of Glass” in Vancouver. As usual, some people love our shiny and reflective city while others moan about how boring and simple the architecture is.

As the weather turns cooler, and we begin to spend more time indoors, many people like to refresh their décor and invest in some fresh furnishings. With a few new pieces, your home can quickly and easily be updated. And for the budget conscious, you don’t have to spend a ton of money either!

A friend recently asked me, "I’m looking to invest in a condo – what do you recommend?” Wow, that's a doozie as there are so many things to consider! As I proceeded to pontificate this fabulous question for over half an hour, I'm sure I thoroughly confused my learned friend.

Due to the current cost of housing, developers and home owners are constantly searching out creative and intelligent uses for space. Homes are becoming more efficient in size in order to appeal to a wider variety of home buyers.
